Age of Chivalry Renaissance Festival, Sunset Park, Las Vegas, Nevada
Dates have not yet been confirmed for 2020 but typically this occurs over the Columbus Day weekend.
Koroneburg Renaissance Festival, 14600 Baron Drive, Corona, CA
We had a grand time at Koroneburg Renaissance Festival last year. We are putting it down as a tentative until we can confirm the booking but are hoping to join everyone again in 2020. Slainte va!
London Bridge Renaissance Faire, SARA Park/Rodeo Grounds, Lake Havasu, AZ
Come join us for 3 days sunny Lake Havasu, AZ for fun and merriment. We will be setting aside our bawdy sides to present a more family friendly atmosphere (although there are rumors that a Saturday late-night, after party might see our naughtier side emerge). Enjoy the Whiskey Bards tales of pubs, war, travails at see, and other engaging stories in song! Slainte va!
This is our random miscellany section. It may contain pictures. It may contain quotes. It may contain something completely random and unexpected.
It's for fun!
Quote: "It is not the responsibility of knights errant to discover whether the afflicted, the enchained and the oppressed whom they encounter on the road are reduced to these circumstances and suffer this distress for their vices, or for their virtues: the knight's sole responsibility is to succour them as people in need, having eyes only for their sufferings, not for their misdeeds.”
― Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra, Don Quixote
The Whiskey Bards are a group of four friends who have joined together to pursue the bardic arts of times past. Their performances include their own arrangements of traditional folk songs, sea shanties, and ballads as well as their own compositions in the bardic idiom. Yes - we used idiom in a sentence!
Over the years, we have had to move far and wide, but the lure of the music and our fans keeps bringing us back for more!
